Just Listed Cards

One of the “tried but true” basics of real estate marketing is the traditional Just Listed card.  The key to an effective just listed card marketing program is to make sure that the mailing piece is both compelling and elicits questions.  Sharp photography is a must, with a hint of descriptive copy that will make the recipient curious to learn more.  Neighbors are always curious about what is coming on the market around the corner, so this is an effective way to enlist their help to get the property sold.
